Thank you for your interest in participating in the Nature and Nuptials Wedding Expo at the Environmental Learning Center! This unique event showcases wedding vendors to help couples create the wedding of their dreams. 

Event Details

• Time: 1-4
• Location: Environmental Learning Center,      255 Live Oak Drive, Vero Beach, FL 32963
• Application Deadline: April 18th,2025
• Fee: $150 per vendor space

Agreement I, the undersigned, agree to the following:

• To adhere to the Nature &      Nuptials and ELC’s guidelines.
• To set up my booth by 11:00 AM on      the event day and dismantle it no earlier than 4 and by 5:00 PM.
• To maintain professionalism and      positivity throughout the event.

· Each Vendor is required to participate in donating an item of their choice for the raffle that will go to some of the participants attending the Expo.

· The Environmental Learning Center a smoke-free, pet-free No single use plastics, glitter, straws, balloons and Styrofoam please!
